Joint statement by CoviMedical GmbH and LEAD Horizon GmbH

Dillenburg, June 14, 2023 - LEAD Horizon GmbH and CoviMedical GmbH have reached an agreement in court on all matters and facts relating to the business relationship between LEAD Horizon GmbH and CoviMedical GmbH, in particular on the subject of the proceedings regarding GZ 31 Cg 93/22v of the Vienna Commercial Court, not to make any media or other public statements, assertions or opinions intended for a larger group of people (except in the context of existing or in the process of initiating business relationships with reference to confidentiality). Any public statements perceived as defamatory by the other side will not be upheld, regardless of their own point of view on the process. Due to the judicial agreement reached, this declaration is to be published by both sides on their company website. The parties maintain their respective process positions in the procedure 31 Cg 93/22v of the Commercial Court of Vienna.
